"Our room had no soap in the shower or for the sink. There was no ice bucket. When I called the desk, she told me she couldn’t leave the desk. I went down and she found me some soap, but no ice bucket. Finally one of the floor attendants got us one. We stayed 2 days, when we’re gone for the day and came back our room was not cleaned, no new towels. I asked about this and they said I needed to request to have the room cleaned. No one told us this at check-in. I had to ask for towels since they only gave us one bath towel to begin with. The front desk staff was very unhelpful. I would not stay there again or recommend to anyone"

"When I arrived the front desk was closed and a woman and what appeared to be her family was sitting in the lobby. She had a list in her hands and told me I could not check in because her system was down and I would have to go somewhere else.
There was no attempt to recommend other services in the area or allow me to use the phone.
I had asked is there was a restroom I could use after traveling 6 hours to get there - she said no.
While we sat in our car trying to work with Expedia to get a new hotel other patrons were arriving and leaving and she came outside to turn them away. While driving away two ladies sitting at the front door smoking flipped us the middle finger."

"Our room was dirty. although it was made the towels and sheets had stains and smears on them. our toilet paper was on its last few sheets and just overall dirty we were nervous about even going under the sheets when we slept but for convenience the stay wasn’t terrible just not cleanly"

"Well it was a run of the mill best western nothing fancy nothing bad. Until the morning of checkout i didnt put a do not disturb sign up house keeping knocked and was coming in i quickly said he please don’t come in, and the person with house keeping was so friendly and kind about the whole situation that interaction is what set this best western above the rest."
