We just stayed for four nights, the hotel was clean and extremely helpful staff, the breakfast was very tasty and plenty of it. The evening meal was very enjoyable. We had a brilliant 4 days even if the weather was a bit wet. Really enjoyable break

Old and dated. Bathroom and loo so old and small you can hardly turn around. Unhelpful staff- parking a nightmare!! Really old fashioned!!!

I should not have booked on Expedia as it was less money to book directly when I arrived at the hotel. The room was very small. My family booked when they arrived got it for less money with bigger room and breakfast included. I had to pay for my breakfast.

Easy access into the building and lifts close to our bedroom. Didnt have time to use all the facilities as we had a very busy weekend planned. Would consider using this hotel in the future.

This hotel is easily accessible by taxi from Llandudno Junction and has lovely views of the Llandudno Boardwalk and Great Orme. Our room and bathroom were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Ramp and elevator access for those with mobility issues were excellent. Food service could have been better. We arrived just after dinner service was over but staff did not seem to know where else we could obtain a meal and wished us luck. (Another hotel within a block was open and serving dinner.) The next night it took us 30 minutes to obtain water to drink with our meal. However, these minor issues aside, this property gave good value for the price paid and we enjoyed our stay in Llandudno.

They did not service the room during our stay. We had to fill in a form to reqyest fresh towels. This was supplied on day three but there was no attempt to clean the desk and cofee making areas or make the bed. When we complained we were told it was company policy and that if we wanted the room tidied we should have filked in another form to request it. They used covid as an excuse for not entering rooms and were not at all concerned out our complaint to them. We have stayed at the marine 4 times in the past but not again, the place is becoming very run down. On the plus side, the breakfast was good and plentiful

The marine hotel is in an excellent location, in the seafront, not too far from the pier and the shops, and within walkable distance to nice restaurants. The hotel itself is tired and in need of some tlc, but the staff are very friendly and helpful and the charge for a town room was not bad value for money at all.

The property is clearly going through ongoing refurbishment,but the atmosphere and the staff were excellent, food very good indeed and for people with special diets nothing was too much trouble.

Really enjoyed being able to stay here, so economical. Didn’t especially enjoy my room backing onto the very noisy lift, but I guess you get what you pay for. Also a bit disappointed about the lack of changing rooms for the swimming pool, if I’d known I would have packed slightly differently.

Fantastic hotel
This was our sixth time staying at the Marine, and, as usual, we were not disappointed. Our room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the level of service provided by the lovely staff was second to none, we’ve already booked to come again in a few months, and we’re looking forward to it already.

Marine hotel Llandudno. Stayed one night. Room was clean and tidy, warm and comfortable. Slept really well. Staff were friendly. Price for double room was very competitive. Only drawback was the lack of parking for such a big hotel but saying that, cant be helped i suppose being on Llandudno promenade.

Room was a decent size, clean and warm. Bed was comfortable. Cupboard a bit small. Tea and coffee supplies good. Bathroom was a good size and the shower worked well. Did not dine at the hotel so can't comment on the restaurant or food. Pool out of order one day and no changing room facilities anyway.
