"We had a wonderful stay at this property, the staff was helpful in anyway possible, offering suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants in the area, and they didn’t disappoint! All their picks were great!
Breakfast was delicious with the best medialunas, and the restaurant had the most wonderful view, with the sunrise every morning.
Our room was excellent, spacious with a view of the lake. We look forward to stay again in the future."

"The staff was very helpful and the property is well located, but the property is old and it shows in the maintenance of the rooms, particularly in the bathroom where fixtures are worn and leak a little bit, and the general feeling is of an old place that begs for a refurbishment. The lobby is cozy and the food at the restaurant for breakfast is good."

"My one significant issue was around checkout. I had specifically requested and was granted a 12pm checkout, understanding the hotel had other guests arriving the next day. Despite this, I started receiving repeated calls before 11:30am asking me to leave immediately.
