However, when we returned in the evening to check in, we were informed that our room also had electrical problems—specifically, the air conditioning wasn't working, making it uncomfortable. "The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!"

"This Indigo is very reasonable and not far from downtown, Hopkins Hospital and more. The outstanding part of my stay was the evening staff helping me when I arrived. I left my phone by accident in my Lyft ride, and they quickly figured out how to go through the Lyft website and report its mission, with my information that Lyft has. The driver was back at the hotel with the phone in less than 15 minutes, saving me hours of frustration. Thank you, Indigo staff!"

"The Residence is a very nice hotel. It’s always well maintained and in close proximity to the Harbor, (walking distance). The food in the bar is excellent and the staff is pleasant. This place is hands down my favorite place to stay when I come to Baltimore."

"We arrived at 3PM which we knew check was 4pm and the hotel listing did allow you to check in early for a fee. We waited in the lobby until until 4pm and got our key but the cleaning staff was still cleaning the room so we sat in the lobby for another 40 minutes waiting for it to be finished. Once we got in our room we were not able to get the TV to work. We called the desk staff, who was attentive to try to get it fixed and tried himself without success so called his repair staff while we...

"I was in town for a concert, and all of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the bartender was fantastic. I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others."
