"The check-in process was smooth, the host was very welcoming - the features of the room and service were explained in full. The room looked and smelt beautifully clean. All the amenities we could have wanted were provided. Great shower, complementary toiletries and a super comfy bed with top quality linen! Check out was hassle free. The rooms are above a pub and the courtyard below can get quite lively but it didn't disturb us too much. The only thing I would like to see is a private courtyard...

"Pet-friendly BUT you need to know that the guesthouse is just a small part of a large caravan and camping site. There’s also a field of horses. Guesthouse clients with dogs are only allowed in rooms accessible from the outside; we weren’t allowed inside the building. So my room opened directly onto the access road, with all the mud and noise that comes from all the traffic, walkers, and horses that passed in front of the door and small window. "Our grandson said everything especially his mezzanine bedroom was amazing ! And for us the cabana suite its location and view, everything spotlessly clean. The whole of the park and facilities, we will recommend to all our friends."

"Good location in beautiful scenery not far from some walks. On a main road but it was completely silent at night. Suite was lovely and bigger than expected, with beautiful views, and a very modern bathroom with a fab shower. The bed did have a weird slope to it though which put our feet higher than our heads! Food in the pub at dinner time was expensive and average, although breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Enjoyed our stay very much. "

"We stayed in an apartment with our three children. It was lovely and clean and perfect for us. We had two double beds in the living room and still plenty of space, and a separate bedroom with another double bed and the bathroom. The apartment was really well stocked with cutlery and plates cups etc. No issues with anything the apartment was really tidy and clean. The breakfast was lovely and staff very helpful. "I really enjoyed my one night stay at Y Pengwern. The bar was friendly when we checked in, and when I was shown my room was amazed at how big it was. I was backpacking and there was plenty of room to reorganise my kit, and the bed was large and very comfortable. After a long day's walk we were looking forward to food, and were very happy with the big hearty meals we had in the restaurant. "Simply beautiful, staff could not do enough to help, check in was easy and quick. Stunning location and a small village a short stroll away. Room was clean and adequate with all tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is continental with other options available to purchase. We had a full Welsh breakfast and avocado on toast and it was amazing. All topped off with stunning views would definitely recommend and visit again."

"Llety Nest is a semi-detached cottage on a working farm. It is in a picturesque qnd quiet area, and while not in a town, not far to drive for shops etc. The Cottage had a fully equipped kitchen including a slow cooker, stove top, microwave, dishwasher and full oven. The washing machine and dryer were very welcome. The lounge room was also well equipped with free Netflix, and the cottage had good wifi and TV signals. The bed is a double, but comfy.
