An sich schöne Anlage, aber die Unterkunft selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Küche zu spärlich ausgestattet und fällt schon ein wenig auseinander . Es fehlt ein Backofen und ein Geschirrspüler. Betten waren bequem. Der Pool über 2 Ebenen ist sehr schön. Und was man betonen muss es war sehr ruhig was super angenehm war.

Réservé un appartement pour 5 personnes dont 3 enfants, arrivant sur place, il manque un lit pour un enfant. Les responsables ont avancé une erreur d’expédia et ils m’ont proposé la location d’un lit en plus pour 15 euros par jour. Réseau wifi ne fonctionne pas ou rarement ( débit très faible ). Restriction du chauffage centralisé à des créneaux d’heures ( il faisait très froid la nuit !). J’ai dû réclamé la télécommande de la clim pour chauffer le logement. En conclusion :Je déconseille cet établissement.

Gepflegte Anlage

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Pool für Familien-Ferien. Die Garten-Anlage ist so gepflegt, dass man gar nicht ans Meer möchte. Die Appartements sind funktional, sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Für Reinigung ist man selber verantwortlich oder muss bezahlen. Für Bettzeug und Frottee-Tücher ebenfalls. Schade, dass man darauf nicht aufmerksam gemacht wurde.

Excellente résidence

Excellent accueil, carte de la ville avec indication précise de tous les commerces alimentaires proche de la résidence. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Très calme. Le seul point noir est la lumière dans les jardins allumée toute la nuit qui filtre par les volets. Prix très correct.

3 giorni a Loano

Residence piacevole a 15 minuti dal mare a piedi,immerso nel verde. Camere spaziose e confortevoli. Manca la biancheria ma per il resto è completamente attrezzato. Buona la piscina e i giochi per i bimbi.

Molto buono, ma un po' lontano dal mare

Buona la posizione anche se non vicinissimo al mare, circa 800 metri. Ma due passi si fanno volentieri in estate anche con una carrozzina. L'appartamento a noi riservato non faceva parte delle strutture più nuove, ma era comunque in ottime condizioni, bilocale spazioso anche per noi che con una bimba di pochi mesi avevamo bisogno di posare tutte le sue "attrezzature". Unica nota stonata la dotazione della cucina: pentole e padelle vecchie e rovinate, e la mancanza del microonde che nelle caratteristiche delle camera risultava presente, che per noi sarebbe stato molto comodo per sterilizzare e scaldare biberon. Bella la piscina e utile in quei giorni in cui il tempo non ci ha concesso di andare al mare. Cortesia e disponibilità alla reception.

Vacanza perfetta

Il Residence è bellissimo e curato, sia gli appartamenti che gli spazi comuni. Posto molto tranquillo, bellissima piscina e comodo garage sotterraneo. In meno di 10 minuti a piedi si arriva in spiaggia. Consigliatissimo

Erholsame Familienferien mit tollem Pool im Grünen

Die Appartmentanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool, die Grünanlage herum mit Palmen und Sträuchern und die vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder sind top. Eine Badeaufsicht schaut nach den Kindern, Liegen am Pool sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Rezeption bietet Getränke und Snacks, der Service ist supernett und zuvorkommend. Fast alle an der Rezeption sprechen deutsch. Die Architektur der Anlage ist typisch italienisch gemütlich gestaltet. Das Umfeld aussenherum ist nicht so schön. Auto parkt in der kühlen Tiefgarage, mit Aufzug geht es hoch in die Appartments. Die Wohnungen selbst sind etwas hellhörig, Stühlerücken oder Babyschreien hört man. Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption sind etwas begrenzt, abends ab 19:30 Uhr zu.

Good value for money

We spent a week in a 2 room apartment with 3 kids (7-12 years) and can really recommend I Cormorani. The apartment was perfect for our needs with a small but functional kitchen, good beds, good air-conditioning and a terrace facing two directions. The hotel has a great pool area, games & play area for the kids, protected parking and a good location with a 10 minute walk from the beach and the charming / touristic town of Loano. It also has a small bar with snacks and drinks. Service was really friendly & professional. Please notice that linen towels and final cleaning of the apartment are not included in the basic rate.

Nice appartment in clean and calm area

Nice apartment in a calm area, good and clean pool area with supervision. possibility to use wolleyball and tabletennis + babyfoot. Kiosk with OK assortment. Kitchen only with basic equipment but OK for small cooking.

Mooie, niet grootschalige residence.

Mooie tuin, en twee fijne zwembaden. Strand op 10-15 min. Lopen. Kleine winkeltjes in de buurt. Prima voorzieningen voor kids. Vriendelijk personeel. Kamers soms wat gehorig, maar dat is eigenlijk overal zo.

grear location to walk into the centre

This was a lovely complex, ideally located. Modern and clean. There was a lack of staff due to it being a bank holiday weekend which delayed is checking out early for our long on going trip. But overall it was a realy nice place. Could do with having a bar open in the evening
