"Lovely views of Loch Awe. The driver wasn’t so happy about the long single track road but the other two enjoyed the solitude and quiet at the end of the road. Rooms are comfortable and all different."

They encouraged us to explore the area right around the house. We even made friends with the cats and the cows. And their breakfast service was so very elegant and tasty."

"The property was very clean but very warm! Aircon would be beneficial especially with not being able to open doors/windows without risking midges joining you for the night!! Bed was very soft and bed sofa not overly comfortable but ideal place to stay for a few nights. Great being so dog friendly,having the restaurant on site (though quite pricey!) and the station being so close giving access to Oban and Stirling. Fabulous views over the loch too!"

"Due to a change in circumstances we had to book a hotel in Oban at short notice. The Scott was one of the few hotels that had a room available for one night. The hotel is located on the main road as you drive into town. The traffic was a little noisy up until 9pm It has parking at the back of the hotel at a cost of £10 for 24 hours.
