"We had a wonderful stay in the spacious and elegant Merchant’s Suite, which had a wood stove and a jetted tub. The staff were all very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed all the breakfast options and we had dinner multiple nights in the pub- delicious. "

"It didnt get off to a good start when we were told there was a £10 parking fee for the hotel car park.When I read parking was available at the hotel, there was no mention of any charge. This is not acceptable. The breakfast and evening meal were delitious..The waitress was very polite and helpful.The young barman however was more interested in his phone and reluctant to help her.The room very nice and has been recently refurbished.The sea view was exceptional. "Room was very spacious. Great location in the centre of Inveraray. Only down side was our room was on the main road. Very noisy during the early hours of the morning. Check in is in the brambles cafe, but cafe was busy. Staff was great but was understandably trying to do many things. Sign of the times. But room was certainly fantastic."

"The room was immaculately clean. As a female I was given the room with a toilet which was appreciated. There was cereal in the room and a fridge with drinks and yoghurt so it was well thought out. The room was very good value. My only thought is that the entrance into the front garden could have been better. There were 2 bags of what could have been cement lying at the entrance which was already quite narrow so not the best when carrying a heavy suitcase. But parking was very handy and the...
