"Very nice overall experiences, every detail is well thought of. Excellent breakfast especially their home made jam and yogurt. Limited dining options but we tried two restaurants nearby and they both exceed our expectations. Remember to reserve tables as they can go quickly especially during school holidays. Hugh recommend! "Très bon accueil de Valérie et de son mari, chambres propres et confortables avec terrasse privée (non utilisée mais appréciable). Piscine sympa juste à côté et le parc est agréable et bien entretenu. De plus on peut garer la voiture à l'ombre. Petit déjeuner copieux, assez varié. Seul bémol, merci de mettre un panneau sur le protail de la rue du bas pour indiquer l'entrée du hauut, la bonne ! Je recommande à tous, c'était calme et charmant y compris Uki 😁 l'adorable chien de la propriété."

"It was a lovely stay, the hostess was a very gracious lady, the breakfast was great, fresh bageutte, croissant, boiled egg, jams, coffee or tea, fruit juice, all in your own semi private dining area,just enough to get you going for the day. It was also a easy walk to pretty much everything! The room was tastefully decorated with plenty of antiques, and the bathroom was up to date and clean, overall a great stay"

"We came in winter and our room was warm, quiet, comfortable, and clean. Our host offerered a complimentary daily breakfast that was delicious and was a very much appreciated start to the day. Location is steps away from the Chateau Royal as well as many good restaurants. Highly recommend this excelent hotel."

"Lovely place, and very nice owners. Great rooms and beds. The pool was fun, and the hot tub very nice. And the breakfast was fantastic. The only thing to be aware of is that if you don't have a car it's hard to get to (taxis are hard to come by in Amboise), and a decent walk from downtown Amboise."
