"I was so tired I just wanted to rest. I would have appreciated it if they had asked me if the noise bothered me or not! A train was passing by constantly; it was as if the blessed train was inside the room. I asked them to park my car, but they wouldn't accept my credit card. They made me scan a system that didn't work day or night! Now I'm having nightmares about that train. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, not in this life, not in the next."

"Clean place but the building is basically falling apart. Their pool room is closed and they're definitely not going to fix it. Through the door you can see black mold, chunks of ceiling that have fallen into the pool and deck, and it looks very dystopian. The whole place has the vibe of being on the edge of getting torn down. The spooky vibe is palpable. Breakfast is what you'd expect but the yogurt cups are great and kitchen Staff are attentive and they have a waffle machine. Staff in general...

"The front desk women was very accommodating to me especially since arrived early 11am early before the 3pm check in. She let me check in early and was very kind about it. I was in room 229 and it was super clean. They had the heat on in the room at a comfortable setting, the bed was heaven. I was able to conk out pretty quickly for a catnap. "I did reserve the room through the app. They gave me a key from a room that was occupied by 2 males and I open the room at that moment when they was having sex. And after all that incident they gave me a room that looks like nobody clean it, the shampoo little bottle was empty and just two towels, the shower did look nasty with hair on the shower head and everything did looks like it didn't was clean. And also they start knocking from 9:45 like there was a fire outside just for the check out,...

"We stayed at the hotel for one week and really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, and the heating system. All the staff who assisted us were very kind and welcoming. The location is convenient, and even the we left early and returned late, it was always pleasant to come back. Our room had a renovated bathroom, and although the décor was not modern, it was well maintained and presentable."

"I booked 3 rooms for the weekend and all of them has bed bugs. We could not sleep at all, I had multiple bedbugs bites and went down at 3”2am asking for another room which they did But it had the same problem Bed Bugs. We decided to leave around 6am and had to come back around 10am to ask the manager for a refund which he was already aware because the night Receptionist asked for a refund of my money because he was aware of this problem. Terrible experience in this location."

"My room was incredibly DIRTY !!!! From the disgusting bathtub, microwave & refrigerator to having so much FOOD UNDER THE BED I had to keep my dog on the bed. ….. pieces of pretzels & raw macaroni. The door was dirty from hand marks & the light switch was gross. I didn’t expect much for the price but being clean should be expected "
