"Some may question if this brand is legitimately a 5-star facility. Globally the brand isn't yet this facility overtly strives for it and comes very very close -- solid 4 to 4.5. The staff are definitely 4.5+ -- except the rooftop bar (where service is lacking and needs great improvement). The Concierge is outstanding. The free happy hour is almost a club level vibe where after 2-3 days it's at if you're meeting old friends again. Yet it's only a solid hour... so the hotel is never overrun by it's own pop up club/not-club. It's also perfectly located. Not on the beach and an easy walk and even a decent run to it. Critically is very very nicely priced. I strongly recommend this place."
"The Spa was good and the room was clean. Staff were helpful especially at breakfast - and the concierge team suggested some good ideas for shopping and top sites to see - but also on getting tickets for us. much appreciated.
Lunch by the outdoor swimming pool was also very good. "
"The hotel was in an excellent and safe location, we could walk to most places or take the close by subway. The room was spacious and the balcony and windows that opened allowed for enjoying fresh air and scenery while in the room. The breakfast buffet was delicious and all staff were friendly, polite and welcoming. I would definitely choose to stay here again!"
"Nice hotel but it’s not five star luxury. No concierge to help. No restaurant for dinner. Roof bar closes by 6 pm but sunset is after 8 pm. Also you can head the rumble of the subway tram below the building even on the third floor. "
"Regarding breakfast, I think they should improve it; there's no variety at all, and the products aren't high quality. I don't think the staff at the front desk are adequately trained to handle any of the paperwork."
