"Clean room, decent breakfast, good location … we like staying at the I Hotel!"

"The property was clean but very worn. TV didn’t work but they got it going(it was in plugged), phone did not work, 3 people were staying we only had 2 bath towels. Deck off the pool-broken spindles, loose boards and junk on it. Breakfast was bad, waffles poor taste, my grandson could not eat, 1 bottle of water in fridge, 2 hot dishes poor taste, my husband and I had a piece of toast with peanut which sufficed and we took our grandson to Casey’s and got breakfast. "

"Nothing real fancy, but it was good for us as we were just looking for a clean,safe place to lay our head at night for a stop on a long drive."

"This hotel is run very well and we stay several times a year at this location because of that. The rooms are very clean and it is quiet. There are great dining options within walking distance and many walking paths nearby. Everyone from the reception staff to the kitchen staff is super friendly and helpful making for a pleasant stay. The pool was out of order this time but that is usually very nice also."

"This is a lovely Victorian house filled with Victorian decor. Our bedroom was quaint and the bed very cozy. The gardens surrounding the house are lovely and the porch is a wonderful place to sit and relax. My only complaint is the breakfast. I expect bed-and-breakfast accommodations to offer proper home-cooked breakfast. Unfortunately this B&B offered no home cooked fresh food items. "Didn't have any complimentary breakfast. Place looked run down inside and out. Couldnt understand the desk worker. Beds were hard and tv didn't work. 100% don't recommend."

"I’ve stayed in MANY H2S it’s ll my husband and I stay in. The breakfast at the Champaign H2S was not so good. It was sloppy! Bacon on the floor, they were out of coffee and when I told the staff at the desk the coffee was gone the answer was “ok” and she never got any. I had to drink decaf that morning. She just stood there even though she had no customers around. I went to the grocery next door for a container of creamer since there was none out. The next day they refilled the creamer. I had to...

"Inside was beautiful and very clean! Outside landscape needed much attention. A lot of weeds in the lot and surrounding areas. Overall looked nice"

"We have stayed here before it was updated. The updates were needed We noted some of the workmanship in shower floor seal doesn't appear correct. The room was clean, but pretty sparse even for the level of hotel it is. But overall, the hotel, was clean and kept. and the staff was very polite and friendly."

"The room was clean, however no tissues in the tissue box and when we had used 1 roll of TP midway through our trip, it wasn't replaced by housekeeping, I had to ask at the desk for that. Trash cans are exceptionally small for a room with a kitchenette. TV's need a significant upgrade. It's 2026, not having the ability to stream is crazy especially when you only offer 40 channels at an extended stay type of hotel. Breakfast was okay, but offering pork carnitas with no tortilla or anything...
