"Our room was very spacious and beautiful. It is nice that the Inn is right on the water. Breakfast was very yummy and abundant. Know that there are only a few parking spots actually at the property. If you are not lucky enough to get on of those spots, you have to park a GOOD ways away in a parking garage...it is a good 15+ minute walk. And if the closest garage is full, you have to park further. This is not something that is shared on their website and came as a surprise when we checked in. I...

"The windows and mirrors were not clean, the restaurant staff (Friday night) after waiting for 15 min and 7 tables available not even make eye contact with me to be seated. I can assume the reason it’s the color of my skin I’m dark, because everyone seated were white just like the restaurant staff. My sister and I we are handicap and the 3 Handycap parkings “available“ were occupied be 1 shuttle buss from the hotel and 2 other cars without the handicap tag or plate, I was forced to pay 49$ per...

"Very clean and modernized rooms. Located in the center of the city where all attractions are walking distance, with the North End being a 5 minute walk across the street. There's a parking garage next door for $45 a day 24/7 access. Staff was amazing as well, had a great stay at The Canopy by Hilton. Definitely recommend!"

"Joan is very friendly and helpful. She seeks to accommodate guests in whatever way she can. My room was quiet and had a private bathroom and shower. I was able to arrive quite late my first night, around 2am, and was left clear instructions on how to get in. Everything was clean and charming. Thanks Joan!"

"The only real highlight of this hotel is its location by the water, quiet and away from crowds, yet still walkable.
Unfortunately, everything else fell short. The restaurant was a disappointment with very limited breakfast options and a 40 minute wait for food with only a few guests. Café Amalfi in Building 5 was a much better choice.
The room was just okay, not soundproof, and the towels were worn and torn, definitely not what you expect for the price. Service at the front desk was also...

"Staff at the hotel was great. Hotel was good. Pool was clean breakfast was good. They charged me twice for my stay and you have to pay to park. We stayed several days and lost a lot of money due to this. Front desk states they can’t help and no response from the email. "
