"Shower door wouldn't stay closed during the shower and the TV kept jumping back to the Marriot Bonvoy ad page. Both problems were fixed. The water jets in the hot tub were NOT forceful. Kind of the point of a hot tub, right? And why charge for self parking? On the plus side, the staff was excellent and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was great. The AC worked very well. I'd go back."

"I’ve stayed at many Best Western properties. This was probably the worst was old dingy dirty looking nothing worked well and we asked to come in a few minutes early. We were told it was an additional charge. I will never stay on this property again and we have stayed there in the past."

"The lobby is very beautiful with waterfalls and a bridge. There were a lot of kids there for little league so the pool was too crowded. Even though there were so many kids, our room was very quiet and we were only on the fourth floor. I would stay again."

"This hotel is very well priced for what you get. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is pretty good as well. I haven't been to the pool and only used the gym once. It's small, but clean and has water and towels. I like that it is not next to the highway, but it is a couple of minutes from it, and there are nearby stores and restaurants in case you need anything. Very comfortable, quiet place, and worth every penny."

"Unfortunately there were roaches in our room. The gentleman at the front desk was apologetic and offered either a room switch or refund. I was not comfortable, so I chose the refund."
