But for a relaxing, stress free time in Oaxaca there is nothing like being a little separated from the bustling downtown, elevated above the city with panoramic views, a great bar, restaurant, room and pool service, and easy parking. "The hotel was fine but I cut my stay early and left after one night because it’s impossible to sleep. There is a nightclub on site that plays music loudly until 3am. I can’t undertake why they have this - completely goes against the hotels positioning as a luxury boutique relaxing experience. Management refused to given me a refund for the night I didn’t stay. The gym and spas is also non existent (two treadmills in a tiny room) and the service is as basic. "
