"Our third day the girl didn’t come to the room. Breakfast was very good. Cleaning of lobby areas that can be seen from the lifts need attention they are quite dirty. Need showers not bath tubs in all rooms."

"2nd time staying at Sonder and will stay again. Love the area. We did have issue's with our access code but they quickly reprogrammed it remotely for us. Our tv wasn't able to be watched at all because it needed to be signed into the network. They put in a work order but it was never resolved."
