Not good enough

There’s potential for improvements but the owner could have been less rude to customers and keypad could be fixed as me and my girlfriend could not get through the gate. We had trouble getting the keys from the keypad and had to wait for the owner to sort it out. I got told by the owner that i broke the keypad by playing with it too much which is not true. The keypad must have been broken in the first place. So the owner ended up giving us the other room that was meant to be for someone else. It was a good stay in our room but like i said could be better and keypad needs fixing for less inconvenience.
