Excelente!

Hotel muito bem localizado! Ao lado do Shopping, e perto da estrada, tudo muito limpo e organizado, mesmo com as obras na entrada mas em nada atrapalha a estadia. Cafe da manha maravilhoso. Quando for para curitiba e tiver que passar por Londrina irei me hospedar novamente.

Gostaria de expressar minha insatisfação com a hospedagem no Gold men na data de 07/05/2025 Infelizmente, a experiência foi muito abaixo das expectativas, especialmente considerando o valor pago. Ao chegar ao quarto, encontramos uma situação preocupante: • O banheiro estava em condições inaceitáveis, com o chão grudando de sujeira e limos evidentes nos azulejos e rejuntes; • O colchão apresentava sinais claros de sujeira, comprometendo completamente o conforto e a higiene do local; • As paredes estavam visivelmente sujas, descascadas e com sinais de bolor, criando um ambiente claramente insalubre e inadequado para hospedagem. Considero inaceitável que um hotel ofereça essas condições aos seus hóspedes, e não acredito que seja justo pagar por um serviço tão aquém do mínimo esperado. Solicito uma posição do hotel sobre esse problema e uma compensação adequada pelo ocorrido. Aguardo seu retorno o mais breve possível. Atenciosamente,

Banheiro extremamente sujo.

Já havia ficado no início do ano e correu tudo bem, mas dessa vez foi horrível. Desde o checkin que não encontravam minha reserva (que inclusive já estava paga) e não liberavam o quarto (era noite e eu tinha reunião online, então precisava subir rápido) até a limpeza do banheiro (extremamente sujo, com pêlos dentro da pia (chumaços - o último hóspede deve ter cortado o cabelo ou outra coisa) e pêlos por todo o chão. Tive ânsia pra escovar os dentes.

Apesar de ser um hotel com aspecto antigo, estava bem limpo. O único problema foi no banheiro do quarto, em que sentimos um cheiro forte vindo do ralo do box. Relatamos esse ocorrido na recepção, que prontamente nos informaram que ja estavam cientes desse problema e que outros hospedes haviam relatado o mal cheiro também!

Já foi melhor

Já me hospedei várias vezes no Villalba, mas a qualidade caiu muito. Está tudo muito encardido, inclusive a roupa de cama. Pequenos detalhes como não ter toalha de rosto e shampoo também fazem a diferença. Enfim, precisa melhorar muito para voltar ao que era antes.
