"Incredibly helpful staff - everyone seems genuinely happy to be working there. The property has vintage charm but is updated. The central lodge area has many options for hanging out. The play areas encourage curiosity and exploration and were a big hit for my 11 year old. I hope to rerun with more of my family. "

"We have been to Sonora many times the town is adorable. This hotel is… they try to keep the old feel which is nice but everything broken doesn’t make “ the aged look”. The headboard was ripped off the wall had wood hanging off. Had a stool that if you sat on I’m sure you’d break a hip falling off. Oh the shower pressure was good though.. if you want your skin to peel when it hits you. And you can’t be over 4 foot tall if you want the water to be on top of your head. After a certain time of day don’t plan to find staff for towels or an extra pillow being you get one, sorry propped up back sleepers. And the pool… if you like green water this one’s for you! All in all I wouldn’t stay here again. "
