"Great view, great location!! Bed was comfortable & spacious bathroom, lots of countertop space. Lots of energy in the area (fifa fans from around the world plus typical Times Square action) & felt very safe directly around hotel as well as security was maintained to access beyond the grand lobby starting in the evening. Directly across street from Broadway museum. Concierge was very friendly & helpful; staffed throughout daytime hours. Complimentary bottled water was provided daily, which was terrific during heatwave. Wish there was a restaurant on site, however, lots of options only steps away. For Coffee: Starbucks next door though I preferred Gumption coffee on same street in opposite direction. Only recommendation is to update the furnishings. Desk, table, & TV stand looked like from the 80s and pretty banged up. FYI- no fridge or microwave in room, so lacking in convenience."
