"Location unbeatable, staff was wonderful. Property is run down, room wasn’t clean enough - water stains and a couple small bugs in bathroom. The pool and spa area was not modern, not as clean as I would like. Horrendous disposable flip flops instead of standard gym/hotel slides."

"Unfortunately the elevators took about 20 minutes to come. Most of the trip was spent waiting on the elevators. Spa treatment didn’t go well because I was late due to the elevator situation, no extra time was given and still had to pay full price."

"Rooms had bugs, the AC was not working on arrival at 10pm on 90*+ day. Promptly checked out and went to another property close by. As guests were departing the fire alarm went off. On the front end of travel the front desk checked in our guests who were delayed due to flight cancellations. This prepaid non cancel stay was partially refunded. Would not recommend, however staff did try to help."
