There were roaches, the staff was very rude. There were 2 roaches on the counter top. Place was smelly as the air was turn off. It looked like they were dointg remodeling and left some unfinished work and still rent it out. It took almost 10 minutes for the water to get warm. I was trying to CA. But the rude cashier said i can but i was already charged by Expedia. Very very discussed.

Room had a mildew smell, bathroom floor was sticky, TV picture was snowy, remote didn’t work. Bed made a horrible sound. I woke up to nats flying in the bathroom and to top it off while get dressed a bug crawled right pass me. Wish I upload pictures!

This place was in Bridgeport, Texas and I really really liked it. They treated my daughter and I very nice was very helpful was very professional. I ran into some problems on a ride and checking out and they were very understanding and allowed me to stay until I was able to fix the problem, they’re definitely hands up. Good people and good service.

The room is extremely small with no chairs. The A/C produced a very bad moldy smell. We purchased air freshener spray but this did not help. We had reserved for 2 nights but could not stay 2nd night due to smell. Staff refused refund for 2nd night or any other remedy. We had to pay to stay elsewhere 2nd night.

Third world living

This is a place you stay as a last resort. The bed linens were dirty. The towels are paper thin and stained. The toilet was dirty. There was no lamp, only one ceiling fixture. The TV did not work. The furniture was falling apart and there were stains of all kinds on the wall4s. The breakfast was a bowl with 3 tiny plastic wrapped muffins and a bowl of apples.

O.M.G. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY TROOPS I HAVE MADE!! I SHOULD HAVE STAYED IN SHREVEPORT!! The toilet didn't work I had to get a plunger to plunge it myself. The shower curtain was falling down and the shower hooks were so rusty I was afraid of getting tetanus if I had to put the shower curtain back up. They tried switching me rooms but the problems with that room were even worse than a non working toilet. The air didn't work in that room wasn't the tv was broken. The tv in our room wasn't much better but at least it was semi working.

Rooms were dirty, bathrooms were not cleaned properly. We had to go buy our own cleaning supplies and shower curtain because the ones they had were filthy and microwave didn't work. The fire alarm battery was low so kept beeping, we had to go buy a battery from QT so we could get some sleep.My friend tried to stay on room next to us but had roaches and went to sleep in the truck.

This establishment was being remolded, upon arrival check-ins were being done outside. The new paint & trim had been done. At least in my Unit, fresh paint shavings were on the floor as you enter & contractor tape was around the door handle & some of the keypad. The fumes I'm sure were beyond an inhabitable state. The air condition unit was on the last leg & whined all night without a cover. I honestly thought this was part of a Halloween prank, but it was November 3, 2023, at approximately 5:45 pm. I was too tired from my shift & the drive to do anything but sleep. I learned my lesson and I will NEVER make the mistake of doing business with the establishment again. Mal servicio en recepciòn me querian dar una habiatacion normal cuando yo pague una doble les explique y me dijeron que lo arreglara con la app que contrate,que si queria me daban otra habitacion pero tenia que pagar $60 dolares extras bueno al final terminaron dandone la habitacion doble,en la cual habia cucarachas y comida podrida tambien contaba con alberca y estaba en mal estado con el agua verde y no crean en el desayuno continental que ofrecen pues solo era cafe y parevia que arriba tenia popo de cucaracha.
