Over all a good hotel. The floors in the rooms need repaired with better quality flooring. Beds were comfy, pool was good, customer services was great. The town has dry water is the only issue,but the hotel can't be held responsible for that.

When we first arrive the bathroom had hair on the floor. The second after the room was cleaned there was still hair in the bathroom that did not belong to us.

Very poor service

Check in was for 3 pm we arrived at 430 our room was dirty. We had to wait for it to be cleaned. The ac was broke on the 3rd floor hallway where our room was. The toilet had issues the tv service was in and out the next day our room did not get cleaned until 6 pm and all i was tild was the manager would be in on monday after 11 and of course check out was 11

Relaxed wedding

We were able to get into our room a little bit earlier than the stated time. Bummed that the pool and hot tub were not available for use, but it should be fabulous now as they had finished redoing it during our stay and we’re just filling them both up as we were leaving. Bed we so comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Paid for 3 reservations on Expedia, checked in to property and was asked for a credit card. They charged my card for all 3 rooms again plus incidentals. 3 days later still no refund from them.

Arrived at midnight to learn our room had been double booked and there were no other available rooms. Staff kept trying to put us in rooms that already had guests!!!! Left a 1 AM for another hotel that had vacancy.

There is no way of knowing if a property is under renovation, so pool closed, gym closed. My biggest issue is they put us in a room closest to a busy highway. Loud even at 3am ... normally I will choose Holiday Inn express but will re-think that going forward.

The halls/floors are filthy. Luckily the room is cleaner. Our deadbolt doesn’t go in all the way, the room key doesn’t work on outside door……that’s all, so far!

Side entrance doors

Side entrance doors wasn’t working. Keys didn’t work on opening outside doors. We could go out the doors but had to walk around to enter hotel. Very limited parking in front of hotel. It was reported to front desk but nothing was done to fix the doors

A rough room...

It was definitely a very rough room that should not have been given out. 2nd floor right in front of the elevator - which wasn't the problem. The air conditioner pools water all over the floor in gigantic bucket fashion, the tub was completely rusted on the bottom and there was no shower curtain nor enough towels for 4 people.
