"Loved how spacious it was. Nice set up. Good location to zoo & the Capitol. Had a Coffee Bar in same location for morning coffee/breakfast. Bed and pillows clean and comfortable."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Early check in was allowed seamlessly, zero issues. Room was tidied perfectly, and amenities including those in the room & complementary breakfast were great. Note; I booked the double queen suite, and I definitely recommend it; pretty much anything you could want in there & more. Definitely didn't make use of the dishwasher, and hardly used the full kitchen setup as a whole however it was a very nice inclusion, very nice shower also. Would definitely stay here again!"
"The lady at the front desk is not friendly. We've stayed there twice now and not a friendly smile or anything. The guy is worse, Don't ask for extra towels, you'll get scoffed at. Also it would be best you pack your own breakfast. We will not be staying there again. Rooms are dirty, especially the floors and shower curtain... One more thing the Air conditioning does NOT work well."
"Hotel told me that even though I paid for a double, it was my fault that Travelocity did not send them that info, and I should never book with them. The room keys did not work, the lady at the front desk put the wrong key to my digital key app and we could not get in/out. The main light in our room did not work and our room was very dark. I told her we would not use the $25 parking since there were spots on the street and they still charged me. No one would pick up to fix the problem. Roof top restaurant is no longer open. Just over all, poor experience."
"We were in town for a family wedding. The staff was very accommodating with our different requests, late check-ins and assigning us rooms close together. The breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety."
