The staff, the ones I interacted with, were very friendly and helpful. The room I selected was exactly what I needed. No luxuries just the minimum for what I needed. "Svalbard Lodge. A basic 2 bedroom apartment with very good kitchen with oven hot plates and dishwasher. The bench is a bit awkward due very low cupboards There is less than one meter from cupboard to bench. Not good for tall people. A large bathroom with washing machine and bath with shower. The bedrooms are typical Scandinavian very small with just bed or beds. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Brandon the Filipino handyman was brilliant. "Lovely stay! My mountain view was more of a view of the front entrance and parking with a tip of hill showing behind the building across the street. Not great, but super comfortable room and great tub! The local food was all delicious as well. I went to Kroa a couple times and the hotel restaurant as well but just for dinner. So good! "
