"While this is an aesthetically beautiful hotel and spa with comfortable beds and quiet rooms, the guest service fell well below what I'd expect from a 5-star hotel. "Room was amazing! Very good location. Room was clean and facilities are good. Staff weren’t very friendly or helpful. Would ignore you as you walk in and out. Would recommend staying here though. Did upgrade the room to a balcony room. On the pictures it had chairs etc but it didn’t. It was just a window pretty much."

"Amazing staff that helped us out with celebrating our honeymoon. They also are shipping me some items I forgot behind. The amenities are amazing with a spa and pool and sauna and fancy gym. The rooms are quite big with a full functioning kitchenette which is amazing. Lovely rooftop bar and delicious buffet breakfast. It's a bit away from all the activity but kind of in the industrial area with lots of wineries and activities for tourists"
