"The cards to our room didn’t work when we got to our room, called and employee came his card wouldn’t work either he said the door lock battery must’ve died. He went and got new keys and new room. The cards worked the first day, second day we had to have the keys re done because none would open our door again. The room was clean but the floors outside of elevators looked like something that been spilled and was left for several days didn’t get cleaned. There were no towels on the clean towel...

"First room they had to change me rooms there was toe nails all over the floor they did not vacuum, the bed sheets were not changed and were dirty it smelled like smoke and pee on the floor and hair and shower was black and dirty also curtains were brown stained. Second room smelled good and felt cleaner but was not vacuumed and the toilet had pee all over it and looked like dry blood on my bed sheets and floor towels were dirty.
