There was a strange pipe noise at 3 am or so, woke me up several times during my 3 day stay. I let the the staff know when I checked out. Noise was sleep disrupting, stayed on the 18th floor.

The Pierside Santa Monica
The beds were uncomfortable. I woke up with a sore back every morning and I’m not even that picky. Also the location next across from the pier is amazing but the best coffee shops and restaurants are at least a 20 minute walk away if you don’t have a car.
