Older property, great breakfasts, walk to beach

We booked two rooms here for my family to come and visit and they said it was very comfortable. The raved about the breakfasts and went daily. It is an older property, locals seem to book it but you can get day passes at reception for their sister property Solmar Resort which we did a few times that week. You can walk to the beach in 10 min so that was great!

Dirty, loud and not worth it

Dirty - bars of soap from the last guests were still left behind in the shower. Crumbs of food left all over the kitchen counter. Floors were not swept. I didn’t dare try the food or the pool. Great access to the beach and town - that about all it has going for it. The staff were friendly but the place was gross and dirty. A lot of ppl partying and if you’re on the ground floor - bring ear plugs because most guests are loud above and the noise is amplified with concrete floors when furniture is moving. Safe yourself the sleepless nights and pay a little more for a nicer place. I do not recommend this place.

I liked the hotel, the customer service, the cleanliness of the room, the comfort to walk to the marina and transportation, but the water in the pool was very cold and there was a lot of noise from outside and next to and above the room

Ok für einige Tage Los Cabos

Für den Preis , recht angenehmes Hotel, an der Hauptstrasse , die man kaum hört. Recht grosse Zimmer, Küchenzeile, aber ohne Ausstattung. Strand und Marina erreicht man in 15 min. Am Pool hat es leider sehr viele Fliegen . Für einige Tage Los Cabos, total ok das Hotel

Charming budget friendly hotel in Cabo

This wonderful hotel is great for a budget minded trip. The location is great. It's right in the highway, but not very noisy at all. The pool & hot tub were lovely and clean. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, but it looked pretty busy every day, which is a good sign.

NOT a party hotel. Please note

Our stay, overall, was very good. The last 7-10 days were a different story. Noise problems persisted in and around our room 405. Mexican people have no respect for other people around them . We ended up requesting a private meeting with the hotel manager. We hoped this would do some good, but the problems persisted. There is no signage stating quiet times between , say, 10pm and 8am. People were coming in from the marina area or nightclubs drunk, making all kinds of noise. Security did NOTHING. They should have warned them that they were a problem if they continued to make noise around the room areas.This did not happen and that is why we only gave it a rating of 4. Our housekeeper, Maria, was on top of het game every time she was on shift.I hope she hears of the accolades she deserves.
