"Food and hair on the floor upon arrival to the room, someone came to sweep it and spoke no English so couldn’t understand what she was asking. The pool cabanas, 2 of 3 for use, were just a shell without cushions or pillows. The staff was always very friendly and kind though, very helpful. And the breakfast was absolutely amazing."

"I come here quite a few times throughout the year and I love this place. The rooms are always so clean. The pool is always fun as well. You can also rent a golf cart and you’re allowed to park it at your room. Which is one thing that I really love. I’ve stayed at a couple other hotels and although they were nice, they weren’t as nice as this place. I will be back again as always."

"The staff was courteous and tried to be helpful. Unfortunately the accommodations were lacking. There was no faucet in the bathtub. There was only a non working shower head. The guests and their guests were loud and yelled obscenities for an hour with room door slamming for 2 hours. The outdoor hallway echoed so they were amplified. There needs to be security on the premises to handle these late night and early morning disturbances. I had a 5 year old with me and didn’t feel very safe. We finally left at 5am with only a few hours sleep."
