"There was literally blood on the sheets. It looked like someone started their period and sat down. I unfortunately had got in the bed before noticing, but when I sat up and moved the blankets to find the remote, there it was!!! I had to take the hottest shower of my life and had my husband rub me down with alcohol. The staff were great about it, but I was never offered any kind of refund or discount.. I feel like that was the least they could’ve done at that point lol. We left the next morning."

"Could have been cleaner. Bathroom had a weird smell and bathtub was painted and it was peeling. Breakfast was ok. Biggest letdown for my husband was the “gourmet coffee service.” Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it wasn’t a bad place, but not our cup of tea."

"Exceeded my expectations! The charming log cabin had a hot tub on the back deck, wood burning fireplace, plenty of firewood, pet friendly, hiking trails around lakes within 5 miles, and of course Downtown Eureka Springs less than 10 minutes away! Staff were exceptional! They are environmentally friendly and make it easy to recycle. The room was very clean and the provided coffee was delicious! This was our first visit, but won’t be our last!"

"It was a very nice place. Clean, loved the porch, quiet, walkable to food and shopping. Would have liked one with a little more seating area to relax and watch TV, but we weren't there much till late anyway. Overall, I really enjoyed the place. Would definitely stay there again. But... the AC/HTG didn't work. Thankfully, the weather was nice, so I didn't need it. The doorknob came off in your hand if you pulled it to close the door.
