Loved this property! It was clean, easy parking, and easy to navigate/communicate with management. Even though it is a virtual front desk, they respond to any needs you have. Our balcony overlooked beautiful Lake Anna and was next to a seafood restaurant. It also had a nice commons area to sit and relax.

Amazing location with lake views and a restaurant next door. The hotel is spacious and very clean. The bed is super comfy, and we loved having a balcony in the room, but also really enjoyed using the large community balcony seating area.

Peaceful Staycation

Our stay was great! A very simple and easy check-in and check-out process.The view was wonderful and the cleanliness was on par. We definitely have this location saved to come back and hopefully a suite is available next time! Our only recommendation is a microwave in the room in the event something needs to be warmed up.

The property was beautiful. It was quiet and the check in process was unique but easy. The only thing I could critique is there was no option for a close breakfast. There was a nice seafood restaurant next door but only open for lunch or dinner.

Wonderful getaway

We went for our anniversary for a weekend getaway. We had an amazing time or rest and relaxation. When we entered the room we had a nice surprise with chocolates and wine. The company communicated with us every day to ensure we had every thing we needed. We had a beautiful view of the lake from our room. They have a wonderful seafood restaurant (Tims on the Lake) next door within walking distance from the hotel which was perfect. I highy recommend this hidden gem!

This property is very clean, it was incredibly easy to get into the building, room, etc. No issues at all with the virtual part of the check in. It does list amenities as having "free parking" but on the check in did seem like they were going to charge - so will be looking into that. That aside, the location was great - next to restaurant, ice cream parlor, arcade and mini-golf. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and it was bigger than some apartments I've lived in! Huge living room, full kitchen, dining table, small balcony that overlooks the water, two rooms down a long hall. Rooms were large, comfortable. Great stay. Room did feel a bit barren at times, there were numerous alcoves that could have had an easy chair along with a lamp, for instance, and the living room could have done with a side table somewhere. But the minimal furniture likely just makes it easier to clean - and it was very clean, very comfortable.

Property was beautiful with lakefront and restaurants. Advertising needs to be accurate with room. I paid for a deluxe king with microwave and sink and there was neither in the room that I received. Walls were thin and working nights, I could hear conversations from other rooms in the mornings when trying to sleep

Making the arrangements were easy the virtual check in was no issue. If something does go wrong being virtual I'm not sure how that is handled. The room was clean and large. The location was great. My reason for only 4 stars is because there is no place in the room to hang clothing and only 1 towel rack

Interesting concept with no room keys or front desk. A bit overpriced on weekends for the offseason, but weekday rates are fine. Very large spacious rooms. A few minor issues I could nit pick about but very nice accommodations.

Loved the 3 bedroom/3 bath layout. It allowed for such individual privacy at the same time, the common area to be together. Also liked that it was a smaller hotel. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Lake Anna.
