"We hadn't ever heard of Archer and happened to be house hunting and saw it as we passed by. So when we needed a short stay we decided to try it. What a great experience! They were very kind, patient, attentive and above all 5 star customer service. Beautiful hotel, rooms were super nice, great food at the restaurant on property. Food was delicious and we dined on the patio which was great for people watching. Excellent stay."

"If you need a place with a full-sized refrigerator, a dishwasher and a cooktop, I suppose this place might suit you. I was just looking for a safe, comfortable place to sleep. The property felt more like a weird apartment building than a hotel; the walls throughout are like painted concrete. My main concern was the moldy smell of the room. I have stayed in many hotels in the area while visiting family. Will be sure to avoid this one in the future."

"We booked last minute after another property canceled due to overbooking. Hyatt House Boston/Waltham had enough room for our family of 5, the room was clean and spacious. Check in was quick and easy, staff was friendly and helpful, the gym has great equipment, laundry was convenient and easy to use an app to pay. Local restaurants were an easy walkable distance."

"The size of the room we had was superb and the staff where excellent, everyone you asked anything of them, they were very helpful. What has let it down from getting full marks is that there are ongoing works that meant disruption to our stay (I don't belive we had been notified of this in advance). The pool area is not fit for purpose as there was only 1 fully working sunbed, the others where broken and should not have been in use. Considering the pool States maximum 30 persons, 1 fully working...
