"Overall it was a pleasant stay after my first day there , which was horrible. My room was not clean and the bedding was disgusting (makeup stains, blood, and dirt). After contacting the front desk, I was informed that I would have to come downstairs to get another set of linen and change the bed myself before I was abruptly hung up on. I proceeded to the front desk but only to request another room. The receptionist, Jacqueline was very unprofessional and also informed me that this establishment doesn't have housekeeping in the evening. Hopefully, this isn't a consistent thing with this hotel. "
