"The room is absolutely crawling with roaches. They are crawling up the walls and on every surface. I don't think anything has ever been cleaned in this room before. The bedding is dirty and stained. "We had a room that had a severe water leak. The water surrounded the bed and had to be walked through to get in and out of the bed. This was a serious issue and the hotel stated they were full to capacity and didn’t have another room to offer. They also said not provide any refunds or discount."
