"The hotel was good overall, but there is no daily room service. My wife and I had to call to get new towels and bedsheets and for garbage pickup(we had a 5 month old and we needed to dispose the used diapers). Another small thing we didn’t like was that there was no Netflix."

"My room was completely dusty and it was clear no one dusted in a while because the dust was thick on the lighting over the bedside table. I felt like they gave me a room for people who book through a 3rd party. Not a good first impression."

"What a fantastic hotel! It was raining, so we didn’t get to walk around much, so we stayed in the hotel for drinks and dinner. Both were wonderful!"

Derby City Gaming & Hotel - A Churchill Downs Property (Adults Only)
"The place was spotless… everything was new and parking was well lit and safe . The food we had from Railbird was good for late snack. Rooms were nice size. Will absolutely stay here next time we stop in Louisville. I did not catch her name but the lady working at the time we checked in on 9/10/26 ..."
