Excellent service throughout . I could not find fault even I tried really hard. All the staff were polite and friendly and the bedroom was spotless. Our special thanks to charming lady at the reception, very friendly room decorating lady and the manager Pascal Martin. Restaurant was excellent - Highly recommended all round.

Nice quiet, comfortable hotel, easy walking distance to the grotto. Helpful staff. Having a fridge, cooker and kettle in room was an added bonus. We had a room overlooking the river with a small balcony. Would stay here again.

Wonderful staff and location. We always stay at the Hotel Paradis and will always come back to it. The staff are superb and make you feel at home. Location is excellent for visiting the Grotte. Also make sure to try the restaurant for amazing dinner and authentic french food! Wonderful hotel and great experience overall thank you to all the staff x

Lovely hotel within an easy walk of Pau town centre. The spa was lovely, and the staff very welcoming. Great secure underground parking, with easy access even for lower cars, with plenty of EV charging. Also plenty of free outdoor parking on hotel grounds. Great one night stop on our travel through Europe this summer.

An excellent 3 Star hotel that stands out because the staff are amazing. Would stay here again.

Basic but comfortable rooms and small kitchenette well equipped. Close to a fairly busy road but convenient for getting in and out of town. Large supermarket close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast had a good selection.
