If there are issues they tried to fix things as soon as possible but if it does not work at all they will find ways to meet the customers satisfaction which is really great! "Abbiamo soggiornato all’Hotel Atlantic per la prima notte a Lourdes dato l’arrivo alla sera tardi. Si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Lourdes quindi molto comodo. La proprietaria Elisabeth è stata molto gentile e carina: ci ha accolto come se già ci conoscesse e questo ci ha fatto subito sentire bene dopo una giornata di viaggio e ritardi aerei.
