"Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me."

"television control was ridiculously complicated. could not just turn on and off. bed sheets were not full cotton, hot and sticky bathroom faucet sprayed all over. breakfast option meager and prohibitively expensive. i will not recommend or return"

"The room we booked was quite small so we asked to upgrade to a suite. We were offered an upgrade for a very reasonable price. Our suite was perfect. Plenty of room, a real kitchen, separate bedroom and a large patio. "

For example, they installed the containers for body wash and shampoo on my hotel's bathroom wall. But they never filled it up with actual bodywash and shampoo. When we asked for help with the thermostat because it was set to 65 degrees, they said the only option is to shut it off and have no AC. They should clean out the cooling system so it doesn't smell old. & Maybe bleach wipes to clean and freshening sprays can be use to help. "Very poor hotel. Doors did not close fully, lock was barely hanging on and in no way did I feel that my belongings were secure when I left the room. Even the local taxi driver questioned if I was sure that I wanted to stay there. Front desk did not return our passport which was odd.
