"Very nice property. The property is in a very nice area. There is a nice Target 3 minutes away along with other nice merchants and retailers. There is a nice steak house close by as well (Driven Steakhouse). The outside of the property is well maintained. This is a suite style hotel. There are many families that stay here, thus the property is quiet. The rooms have a kitchenette and are very roomy. The staff is pleasant and helpful. A breakfast is served every morning. It's not bad. Eggs, bacon, patty sausage, biscuits, muffins, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, juices and coffee. Since it is a suite style hotel, cleaning the rooms is done every 2-3 days. You can request your room cleaned if it needs it. Fresh towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc. are available at the front desk upon request. Parking is $13/night. It's very quiet at night. Overall a 4/5. I recommend. If you are staying because of business at CSU be prepared to drive 25-40 minutes (traffic dependent) to CSU."
