"The bathroom wasn’t all that clean, there was hair in the shower, and sink. I think it was the mini frig but thete was a high pitched hum the entire time. And the pool was down, the elevator makes noise. All make it a functioning hotel not one I would stay or recommend to others. The only above average was the breakfast. "

I'm not sure how quickly they would have taken care of the issue and I didn't want to invest any of my time into an issue that was not of my doing, so I just transfered my valuables back and forth from my vehicle when I had to leave the room. I notified them at checkout. The door security was an issue that occurred over time and should have been dealt with long before I arrived. Some problems are unforseen and need to be given consideration. Others are just neglegence. Businesses seem to care less and less about their customers time and convenience. Their problems become ours. Frustrating!"
