"The hotel was perfectly located—just 3-4 min walk into the town. The staff was exceptional in terms of friendliness and responsiveness. Of the 4 mornings we were there, the hot air balloons went in flight just 2 days (due to the weather). And 1 if those days, they came right next to the hotel! (Select the balcony room if you can get it!) Incredible experience! The only negative was using the hotel transfer. We had issues upon arrival and departure. Other than that, highly recommend! "

I want to highlight Seyit and Garan who both went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, booked for activities and also shuttled to and from the airport. "The room and hotel were very nice. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The young girl Beyza in reception in particular was extremely helpful. She arranged for the Green Tour that we took as well as transport to the airport. She let us have late check out on our last day. Her ability to speak and understand English was very good. "景観が良く可愛らしい洞窟ホテルで、繁華街からも近すぎず遠すぎず、気球のウォッチングポイントも近所で、大変満足しました。 秀逸なのは朝食バイキングで、定番／日替わりメニューともに大変美味しく、朝起きるのが楽しみでした。 部屋に備え付けのワインオープナーが壊れていたことと、エアコンのリモコンが作動しなかったことなど、ちょっとした問題はありましたが、すぐに快くフロントが対応してくれて好感が持てました。 再びカッパドキアに来る機会があれば、ぜひ利用したいです。"

"Bebeğimizle ilk tatil deneyimizdi birazcık ön yargılarımız vardı. Otel çalışanları o kadar çok ilgililerdi ki. O unuttuğumuz eski anadolu misafirperverliğini iliklerinize kadar yaşıyorsunuz. Otelin temizliğinden tutun da sabah ki harika kahvaltısına kadar 10 üzerinden 10 puan verirsiniz. Böyle işletmeler sayesinde bir kere daha bu ülkeye ve insanlarına aşık oluyorsunuz. "非常にアットホームな雰囲気のホテルでした。 立地 中心部から約7-8分歩きますが、十分便利な立地だと思います。また非常に静かです。 スタッフ とてもフレンドリーです。 部屋 清潔でとても整理整頓されています。 歯ブラシセットが無かったので、持参をお勧めします。シャンプー類はありました。 朝食 決して豪華では無いですが、十分ですね。テラスの景色が良いので、帰宅する日は、チェックアウトまでずっと朝食会場で過ごしました。"
