"The woman staff at the front desk was lovely at check in the first day, the male staff at the desk afterwards were not. Sadly I was shrugged off when asked a question about the printing station, and was not even looked at when trying to ask questions about other things with the hotel - when checking out the man at the front counter said “leave it there” regarding my room keys but did not look at or address me. However, a lovely midnight staff gentleman got me another blanket in the middle of the night which was very sweet. "

"The breakfast was gross,cold. The room was clean,hotel was clean. Hot tub and pool were out of order on Sunday due to high levels of chlorine levels. When we got into the hot tub on Saturday It immediately burned our eyes so we got out. The hot tub also turned my wedding ring grey/tarnished. For the price we paid we could not enjoy the amenities the breakfast was gross. I don't know if I would stay here again. "

"First time walking in the room and it smelled like cigarette/ marijuana smoke and the blankets had a burn in it. My door was off track and I would have to lift it up to close it. The one wash cloths was ripped and stained. I told the front desk and the guy just said okay and did nothing about it. I then got stuck in the elevator and I told the front desk and the woman that was there said it happens and it’s okay all you got to do it pull the doors open."
