"The staff were helpful and the pool was our favorite part. Our room was right by the elevator so it was loud. The blackout curtains let a lot of light in and didn’t really allow us to sleep in much. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights and our room was attended to only once. The bed was the worst - hard, squeaky, could feel every spring, and very uncomfortable. "We had reserved a room with a roll in shower. When we arrived the young lady at the desk didn’t see the request and put us in a regular room. I explained that my husband was on a walker and had difficulty stepping over into a tub. She immediately searched and located a room for us and made the switch. All the while apologizing for the oversight. I assured her it was perfectly ok. Once settled in our room I had to go back out to retrieve an item I had left in our van and as I came back in she...

"Clean rooms nice and quiet"

"This is a great property. They have exhaust fans in the bathrooms, 24 hr airport shuttle and the little and big waffles! Four stars bc of the shower fixture - very little pressure. I think it was just one room tho- the sink pressure was fine."

"When taken a shower the bathtub water took a long time to drain. There was no Bathroom Exhaust fan. The shower curtain was ripped and the carpet throughtout the hotel was dirty and it smelled like dogs and mildew."

"I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Mobile. The inn house was dated back to the 1820’s. They had fire places in every room. It felt cozy, rustic, and straight out of a story book."

Great location for a quick walk over to Daphne Street for some music and a cold beer. I stay here every time I drive to Florida, never been disappointed!"
