Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were excellent and very friendly. We really enjoyed the happy hour in the bar and the live music outside which was excellent!! Highly recommended!

Stayed at the Latham TownePlace Suites for two weeks when visiting the NY Capital Region. The first room I was given stank of Cigerette smoke, but thankfully this was rectified by great staff by a room change, many apologies and free rein of the hotel shop for whatever I needed for an evening! The second room was just fine, and once I was there it were comfortable and clean, and a joy to return to after a busy day exploring the area. Great room really comfortable bed got the best sleep I have had in a while, decided I must need a new mattress at home. Room and bath were very clean. Also a good view of the River. Highly recommend the hotel.
