"The room was so spacious and clean! I loved the fact you can hop onto any subway and get around the city easily from this location! Tons of food options and you can even leave and come back across the city within 30 minutes if you want to bring food back to the hotel, bring extra because you can heat it up later!
I loved the view of the hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly. Was probably my favorite stay of any hotel.
The Roku box came in clutch especially for late night movie watching...

"The receptionist (a lady) was a bit rude; I understand I was trying to check in early, but there is no need to show a bad attitude toward people who want to spend money at the hotel. Special recognition goes to the cafeteria staff they are amazing and very helpful! Perhaps they should consider working at the front desk! My room had a lovely view but needs a renovation; it looks very worn."

"The air conditioning worked but no way was the temperature reading accurate - I was unable to achieve the temperature I was hoping for. The shower head also left something to be desired. However, location was great. It was clean and safe. No frills."
