We can’t say enough about Mullet Bay Suites and the amazing service.
Firstly the property is fantastic and the units are like renting a high-end private condo for your stay rather than a cookie-cutter hotel. You can personalize your experience for those that prefer more independence to those that want a full-service hotel experience. The building and the units are clean, modern, safe and have everything you could need for your stay including great touches like portable beach chairs and umbrellas.
The location could not be better for those that want to balance the best of St. Maarten’s beaches (Mullet Bay Beach is the best public beach we have visited in the world) while also offering local dining, supermarkets and destinations reachable by foot. Cupecoy is away from the bright touristy lights of Maho or Philipsburg yet easy to reach.
But what sets Mullet Bay Suites apart is the customer service. The manager Emmanuel took a good vacation and made it great. A friendly, warm and charming man who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and was a quick text message away, any time we had a question. Great people make all the difference in the travel industry and Emmanuel is an example of how to excel.
Add in the amazing support staff that work with the property - especially Cyril, the manager of the pool bar where you enjoy a terrific daily breakfast - and you have everything you need in a vacation property.
