"B&B Toringo is an excellent place to stay!
The hostess was wonderful: kind, helpful, and very pleasant.
Check in was easy.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices.
Parking was safe and easy.
Everything was even better than I expected from the description.
The sweet dog, Camilla, was my favorite part because I was missing my own dog.
I was very happy with my stay here and would definitely stay here again!"

"Wir hatten uns von einem 4 Sterne Hotel einiges mehr erwartet. Die Klimaanlage war außer Betrieb und in Zimmer war es sehr warm. Wir haben deshalb das Fenster geöffnet, das sich aber nicht klappen ließ. Wie hatten ein Zimmer in einem Bereich der Küche. Bei offenen Fenster brummte es bis 22:00 Uhr., dann würde der Betrieb eingestellt. Der Wasserhahn im Spülbecken Spritze in alle Himmelsrichtungen, da dieser total verkalkt war. Das erwartet man nicht in so einem Hotel. Wir würden das Hotel nicht...

"The bed and pillows were too soft for my liking, but that's a personal preference. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable and the shower was good.
The gardens are gorgeous and the perfect place to sit for a drink or a quiet (bring your own) lunch or dinner.
Breakfast was good, you won't go hungry and Matteo will make your coffee how ever you like it."

"This is a great place! It’s so well located that it is a 12 on a scale from 1 to 10. Right in the center of Lucca, with places to eat all around, including a breakfast bar right downstairs.
Valentina is both friendly and helpful, and can assist with any questions you have.
Our room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. We overlooked the main street, which was not noisy at night, and the other side of the residence overlooks the main square of the city.
Highly recommended!!"

"Very satisfactory room. Clean, nice bathroom, plenty of towels. In room refrigerator with water and soda. Interesting artifacts in room. We were in the purple room, which was L shaped and didn’t have a lot of floor space. This establishment is right off one of the main shopping streets- so you get a lot of street noise. Also, the WiFi is finicky and low security. Finally, every place we stayed in Italy had hard beds and pillows. This was no exception.
