I love the daily breakfast. Lots of selection. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room twice. Didn’t know we have to tell them it’s ready to do the cleaning . The staff at the desk are very pleasant & helpful & polite. Good location. Will stay there again. Hopefully, the bathroom is updated next time.😊

Not bad - staff was the highlight.
Location was perfect for what we needed. Staff was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any needs. Breakfast buffet was good, not great but I don’t expect it to be anything other than what it was. Chinese Restaurant on 2nd Floor was a great place for lunch and dinner with a wide selection of delicious food in their menu. The only down part - cockroach got caught in the in-room hot water pot (pour spout) so we passed on making any morning coffee.

We had a late check-in because the room we booked wasn't ready yet. This actually fine, but the way the staff handled the situation is quite underwhelming. Our online reservation record wasn't updated on their end, so we had the time to clarify. We came from a far place, with children and an elderly so and we were tired. So we really would've appreciate it if we didn't have to deal with these things.

My overall stay is good. Staff is very friend and they're easy to reach out to. The only issue is the WiFi service is down. I was advised that it will be up by 7 PM but it is still not working. They provided another WiFi to connect to but I guess there's too many people using the WiFi since I am unable to connect. That's the only issue. The rest of my experience is really good. Looking forward to stay again at the hotel.

Comfortable bed but very noisy alongside busy street. Bridal suites next to lifts and also very noisy. Food service very poor. Includes breakfast but, better to eat elsewhere

No hot water in bathroom, even after staff was alerted about the problem, nothing was done. Light was also out by the sink, and not fixed after staff was alerted.

Had a fantastic time. Breakfast was delicious. Just a bit of problems with the wireless internet connection. There were a few days without internet connection. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The staff are very friendly. Hotel is in downtown Lucena and very convenient. The only thing is the bedsheets doesn’t smell fresh , smell like stale.

So So
Been here thrice as place is strategic. Near fast food chains and sm lucena. Room is a bit small and aircon has not always been in good condition everytime we go here. Ataff was very accomodating during our check in as she allowed us to occupy our room an hour earlier since we arrived early.

Staff and rules made our stay terrible. Bad rooms, no service, everything is pay extra including towels and coffee. Dont recommend.

The room that this hotel assigned to me was not in good condition. The ceiling was rotting, some of the floor boards are no longer attached to the floor, and the wall paper have been peeling off. The air conditioner unit doesn't cool the room and only makes loud noise. The water in the shower stops while in use. The window was fake (does not look to the outside but to some sort of utility area). Sure, the people are very nice, and the lobby makes a good first impression. However, my room was not a good one.

Okay for a quick stay only
It was our 2nd time to stay at this hotel, 1st stay was ok but our 2nd time is not that nice with regards to facilities. Even if I place a note on my booking to book us with a queen bed, we were given two separate solo bed. The toilet in our room is clogged, does not flush properly. The aircon leaks water causing a little flood in the room. Since were staying overnight only, we decided not to report the incident but instead put a review. Location is good as it's in the center of the city. Breakfast was okay, especially the longganisa. I hope the owner/manager checks their facilities and atleast have a monthly maintenance to preserve the hotel. I hope they do something with the issues

Upoj check-in, they cannot find the reservatiion though it was confirmed and paid. Room was reserve for 4 people and was charged for additional person but towels given were only two. Room A/C was very noisy.

very nice inside, lot of renovations going on, very friendly staff, very easy to get transpo, lots of American fast food a block away, short ride to 2 malls, overall I will always stay here when in Lucena, forgot to mention cable tv, free toiletries (shampoo soap toothbrush ect)

숙박시설은 좀 노후화 된것 같습니다 에어컨이 별로 시원하지 않아요 그리고 주변이 도로라서 아침에 트라이시클이나 지프니 경적 소리가 크게 자주 들립니다
