"This historic house is beautifully maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. We had the attic room which is extra large and has an amazing spa shower. The proprietors took great care to prepare a wonderful breakfast each morning. Loved our stay at 1899!"

"This place is absolutely adorable and the aesthetic is perfect. Lots of outdoor seating and chill spots. Nice and quiet and comfortable. The staff was super helpful. Loved the little binder in the room (some good laughs in there). It’s clear the owner takes a lot of pride in this little place. Felt very safe parking our motorcycles there."

"A very unique historical hotel. Nice large room and bathroom. We appreciated the parking and vicinity to downtown, shops and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We forgot an item in our room and they got it sent to us right away. We've already reserved a room for our next visit."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. I really like it for several reasons. It is well maintained and very clean. Everything in my room over the years worked well and the water pressure is always very good. The best part of the room is that I can park my car out front of my room and I don't have to go through the casino. The bed is exceptional comfortable and my room was very clean. I also love the grounds and the lay out of this hotel. The grounds are wonderful...
