"I was surprised to find we were staying in Student accommodation. Our room was actually 3 separate lockable bedrooms with a shared lounge and kitchen. It was adequate. But sparten. There was wayer damage in the bathroom. And both bathrooms were tiny. There was no facility to store our bags, before check in. And i found the reception very unhelpful as to how to store them while we filled in time. After 36 hours travelling, it was quite stressful. When we did return to check in our room was...

"Molly and Grace were very helpful. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was a great place to stay near public transport aswell as a place to park our car. If I could provide any feedback it would be, the TV could have been bigger and there could have been face washers in the bathroom. "

"We had to make more than 3 calls and spent 1h on the phone just to get someone to speak to us and only later to give us the key to apartment. We than waited another 10min for the landlord to turn up. Beds in apartment were below standard and with horrible, bad quality mattresses. The daily rate charged was quite expensive given the poor quality of beds and matresses. That is not quality, but unacceptable state of affairs. "A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation."

"Really good value for this incredibly spacious apartment. A comfortable night. A couple of touches would improve the stay even more. As previous reviewer mentioned, the only mirror is above the bathroom sink. Its on the top of the jet garage which is closed at night. "
